Scott R. Cochlan, Corporate Secretary
Mr. Cochlan is the Corporate Secretary of the General Partner. Mr. Cochlan has been a Partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Barristers & Solicitors) since February 2001 practicing primarily in the areas of corporate finance, securities and mergers and acquisitions law. Mr. Cochlan graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and from the University of Calgary in 1991 with a Bachelor of Laws degree.
